Deborah Quilter wrote two classic books on RSI: Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer User's Guide which Amazon calls the “bible” of RSI, and The Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book. She hosts Repetitive Strain Injury on YouTube, a channel dedicated to bringing viewers the best news and guidance about RSI, a leading occupational injury and epidemic among computer users.
